ELY Bar & Brasserie

Originally built as a tobacco warehouse, the chq building is now occupied by Ely. Its cut limestone and brick vaulted cellars beneath were used to store wine and were once the venue for the Crimean War banquet.

The fit-out and the alterations to this protected structure are sympathetic to this unique history, which is a contemporary interpretation of a traditional brasserie.
