Oliveto
The element of fire is strongly present at Oliveto, with the positioning of the wood-fired oven at centre of the design. At heart of Italian food is the family, which is reinforced here by the ritual of gathering around an open flame. Separated from the cooking process by a simple geometric oak counter, the customer is aware of the wholesome origins of food that are reflected in the palette of pure natural materials.
