EEDI Studio worked closely with ABGC Architects, to create a thoroughly modern home, flooded with natural light. With only a small rear yard into which the building could be extended, maximising internal floor area while retaining outdoor space was a key issue. The plan is compact with open plan living on the ground floor and two bedrooms and bathroom at first floor level. Inside, white walls, caramelised oak floors, jura limestone tiles and large sliding glass doors create a simple palette.
