Delivery & Shipping Policy

All freight prices are calculated by the volume of your chosen product(s). The exact price for your order will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery within Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland Only:

  • Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days for stock items.
  • Please note lead times for non stock items - see below. *

Shipping Costs

  • Order value below €120: Flat rate - €10 (Ireland & NI)
  • Order value above €120: Free standard delivery *
  • Oversized orders: Flat rate - €60 (Ireland & NI)

    * Oversized orders containing larger items or furniture are not eligible for free shipping. Oversized shipping costs will be applied at checkout.

Deliveries occur on Monday to Friday only, untimed. There is no option currently for Saturday deliveries or timed deliveries.

In order to help us to deliver your package as quickly and efficiently as possible, please provide us with:

  • Exact delivery address
  • Recipient's telephone number
  • Directions for our courier if the recipient is located outside a major city

We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address, phone number or other contact details provided are incorrect. Please therefore be extremely careful and vigilant when entering delivery address details on our checkout page.

Eedi Studio does not accept any responsibility for delays in the receipt of orders due to unfavourable weather conditions, customs clearance, customs inspection or any other issue out of our control.


Orders are only dispatched on weekdays. For stock items we aim to dispatch items for delivery within 24 hours for orders received Monday to Friday.

For non stock items, lead times vary, on our product page we provide a lead time estimate. If we are unable to deliver the products within the agreed term, we will notify you accordingly

Delivery may be made by courier, postal service or specialist delivery company depending on the type of goods you have chosen. All deliveries require a signature to accept receipt.

Bulky Good & Furniture *

When ordering furniture or larger goods, they will be shipped with a special carrier straight to your home within the Ireland & NI. You will be contacted directly regarding the time of delivery so you can make sure to be home at the address upon delivery. If you happen not to be home at the agreed time of delivery, your item might be returned to the warehouse. In that case, you need to contact us to arrange a re-delivery. The package will be delivered to the curb, and if this is not possible then as close to your house as possible (this service does not include removal of any packaging materials nor pallets). You are responsible for getting the delivery from the curb into your house.  

The exact freight costs for your purchase will be shown in the ordering process.

Delivery Attempts

You will be advised when we dispatch your order and the courier services we use usually offer tracking and notifications. If you are unavailable, miss delivery, do not collect your order from a pick-up point you nominated or have provided incorrect delivery information the parcel may be returned to us. We may charge you for return costs incurred and redelivery costs. If you decide to cancel your order after a delivery failed because you were not available we will deduct the delivery charges incurred from any refund due.
