When purchasing at eedistudio.ie you automatically accept the terms and conditions stipulated below. Consequently, we recommend that you read the terms through carefully before purchasing.

Payment
We use Stripe to process all payments. We accept the following debit and credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We don’t charge any fees for credit card payments. If you need to make payment by another method please contact us directly at info@eedistudio.ie.

Security
All communication between our payment system and the cardholder is made through an encrypted SSL-line (Secure Socket Layer). In other words only Stripe access to your data. It is not possible neither for us nor any other unauthorised entity to see or read data, which is exchanged in connection with the purchase.

Purchase
In order to purchase items at eedistudio.ie you must fill in your personal information and payment information. Once your order has been placed you will receive an auto-generated order confirmation via email. When your purchase has been accepted and the item is registered in our stock, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

Pricing
Prices include VAT and exclude delivery charges.  We reserve the right to alter prices any time due to a rise in VAT, shipping etc.  

Product Information
We describe all products that are available for purchase on eedistudio.ie as accurately as possible on their specific product pages.

While we make every effort to ensure that colours are realistic, due to the constraints of printing and digital reproduction:- as on differing browsers and computer hardware we cannot guarantee an exact colour match. Please be aware that the actual colours on screen may be different to that of your ordered product.

We take every care to ensure descriptions and measurements are accurate, however slight variations may occur. Packaging can also vary from what is shown.

When and item is made from natural products, i.e. wood, leather, bamboo, it is not possible to guarantee items will have exactly the same colour, shade and pattern or finish as items viewed on the website due to the inherent nature of such products.

Each of the glass items available for purchase on our website are unique and as such may be different form the product depicted. Imperfections in handmade glass are considered distinguishing features of craftsman work, which makes each piece unique. Glass undergoes a thermal treatment that may cause some very slight imperfections.

Cancellations
Any amendments or cancellations to an order must be received in writing within 7 days from the date your order was placed, providing your order has not already been sent out to you. To cancel please email info@eedistudio.ie and you will receive a full refund. If your order is not in stock and has gone into production at our factories within the 7 days your order cannot be cancelled.
